Diaco is a 8-story commercial and residential building which is located in Shams Abad, Tehran, Iran.

this project is designed by architect and project manager Mortazavi in 2018.

It has a modern facade and interior designing.

the concrete structure also, the creation spaces for all needs made this building very functional and comfortable.

The building includes 2 story in basement used for 24 car parking and ground floor for 2 commercial stores and 5 story for residence units.

It is designed and constructed by Seyed Mohammad Mortazavi as a designer and project manager.

The facade is modernly designed with horizontal and vertical rotation in different direction to make unique view for every interior space also, interior spaces are modernly designed for office function as well.
